Squat 20 kg (30 repetition) 60 80 80 100 80 80 (kg 8 ~15 repetition) - 8sets

Front squat 60 kg - 12 repetition - 1sets

Kettle bell squat 20 kg - 15 repetition - 1sets

Leg press 80 100 100 100 (kg - 8~15 repetition) - 4sets

Lunge 30 repetition - 2 sets
